Gate/Access Code Instructions: An access gate and parking card are required to gain entrance to the parking lot. The parking card is located in the KINTO vehicle glovebox and will be required to enter and exit while in the KINTO Vehicle. 

If the parking card is missing, text KINTO Customer Support at (629) 20-KINTO as soon as possible. You may still exit; once you get to the gate, there is a help button; push that button to get the building support. Inform them that you have a KINTO rental and are attempting to exit the structure. You must adhere to business hours only. 

Entrance Instructions: If you are driving, you will enter through the back alley on Arizona Ave (see pictures below). If you are walking, the entrance/elevator is at the front of the building off of Lincoln Blvd. (see photos below); you will need to enter the keycode: 06210# (the pound sign is part of the keycode) and go down to P2 level. There are KINTO signs to identify the parking spots. Do not disturb the tenants, as they cannot assist you. 

Reserved Vehicle Location: Your reserved KINTO car will be in the parking structure. Vehicles are located on P2 Level Spots 91-102; photos are below. To find the vehicle assigned to your reservation, reference the license plate information in your KINTO app.

Do not leave your personal vehicle at the location, as it will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
